We aim to offer clarity and flexibility while maintaining responsible business practices. Please carefully read the following information regarding cancellations, returns, refunds, and specific exceptions.

1. CANCELLATIONS

1.1 Orders Cancelled Prior to Shipment

If you cancel your order before it ships, you’re eligible for a refund. However, an administrative fee will be deducted to account for non-refundable payment processing and any applicable credit card or banking fees.

1.2 Orders Cancelled After Shipment

Once your order has left our facility, it can no longer be canceled. You may still return the item, subject to our return guidelines outlined below.

2. RETURNS

2.1 Unopened Merchandise

You may return new, unused products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued minus an administrative fee, applicable non-refundable payment processing fees,  and original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

2.2 Opened Merchandise

Opened products may be returned within 15 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee will apply based on the item’s original purchase price. In addition, administrative charges, non-refundable payment processing fees, and original shipping costs will be deducted. All items are inspected upon return, and the customer may be held liable for damage or missing parts. Please ensure secure packaging when returning products. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

2.3 Final Sale Items (Open-Box, Demo, Clearance, etc.)

Items marked as open-box, clearance, demo units, showroom models, or sold “as-is” are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance.

2.4 How to Return an Item

To return a product, pack it securely in the original packaging and ship it to the return address included with your order. Any physical or cosmetic issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery; failure to do so may result in the buyer assuming full responsibility.

3. REFUNDS

3.1 Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 15 business days following the receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, or after a verified cancellation. In cases where technical evaluation is required, processing time may be extended.

3.2 Refund Limitations

The following are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Items purchased on sale or with promotional codes
  • Open-box items
  • Demo or showroom models sold as-is

4. CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PREVENTION

Please reach out to us first if you experience any issues with your order. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us directly violates our policies.

  • We actively dispute unwarranted chargebacks and may pursue legal action if necessary.
  • Customers engaging in fraudulent activity may be banned from making future purchases and could be reported to the proper authorities.
  • If a chargeback is initiated after delivery, we may withhold refunds until the item is returned. Return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.
  • A 25% restocking fee will apply for items returned without original packaging.

LEGAL NOTICE

By completing a purchase, you agree to comply with our terms, including those outlined in this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy. We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Errors in size or product selection
  • Shipping delays or lost packages caused by the carrier

In the event of a lost shipment, we will process a refund within 7 days of completing an investigation with the carrier.

Any legal claims must align with the terms outlined herein. We reserve the right to challenge baseless claims and pursue appropriate legal remedies.

We are not liable for:

  • Incorrect item choices made during checkout
  • Orders placed in the wrong size or configuration
  • Carrier-related delays or lost items in transit

If an item is confirmed lost during shipping, a refund will be issued within 7 days of resolution.
